By accessing or using HireTrack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use HireTrack. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.
2. Candidate Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications.
- You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
- HireTrack reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Employer Accounts
- Employers must post genuine job opportunities only. Fake or misleading listings are strictly prohibited.
- Employers may not use candidate data obtained through HireTrack for purposes other than recruitment.
- Employers are responsible for all content posted under their account.
- HireTrack reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without notice.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings
- Harvesting candidate data for spam or marketing purposes
- Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape the Platform
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise platform security
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on HireTrack is the intellectual property of HireTrack and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
HireTrack is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview calls, or hiring decisions. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
