Refund Policy
Our policy on payments, plans and refunds

💳 All payments on HireTrack are processed securely via Razorpay. GST at 18% is applied to all plans and is included in the displayed price.
1. Paid Plans
HireTrack offers three paid employer plans: Starter (₹499/month), Pro (₹999/month), and Enterprise (₹2,499/month). Plans are activated immediately upon successful payment and are non-transferable.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical failure: If payment was deducted but your plan was not activated, you are entitled to a full refund or immediate plan activation.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Within 24 hours: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not posted any jobs, we will process a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase
- Plans where at least one job has been posted
- Partial refunds for unused plan duration
- Free trial activations (no payment involved)
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at billing@hiretrack.co.in with your registered email address, payment ID (from your invoice), and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
